Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How long is the rental?

A: The rental is for the whole day. We deliver in the morning and pick up in the evening or the following day depending on weather.

Q: Do you charge for delivery or set up?

A: Delivery charges and set up fees are included for certain zip codes. You may have a fee depending on the distance of your location. Please go to our area checker button that is on our home page to see if you are in our delivery route.

Q: Do you require a deposit or do we pay up front?

A: There is a $25 deposit that is required for booking and it applies to your total balance but is non refundable and can only be used as credit if any cancelations occur. You will also have the option to pay upfront but otherwise all balances must be paid 2 days prior to delivery.

Q: Are your inflatables cleaned or sanitized before being delivered?

A: Yes! Cleanliness is our number one priority. All of our equipment and other party supplies will be cleaned, sanitized and inspected before every drop off. We want all of our customers to feel safe and comfortable when using any of our rentals.

Q: How far in advance can I make a reservation?

A: The sooner the better. You will have more options to choose from when you book far in advance.

Q: What happens if it rains or weather is bad?

A:We will not be setting up in any kind of dangerous weather. Our policy is to keep everyone to include our selves safe from any tragedy. Wind that is higher than 15 mph can easily lift any inflatable even with weight inside it.

Although we use stakes and/or sand bags to secure our units it is best to go with our better judgement and delay delivery until rain and wind has stopped.

We may also cancel or reschedule your reservation for another time. We do not charge a cancellation fee and will refund any payments if for any reason we cancel your reservation.

If you need to cancel for any reason other than inclement weather, we require at least 3-5 days in advance.
